EasyReport is a comprehensive JIRA-alternative that revolutionizes project management for modern teams. Built to handle enterprise-scale operations, it combines powerful features with an intuitive interface, serving over 50,000 daily active users across multiple organizations.

The Challenge

Global Enterprise Solutions needed a robust project management solution that could replace expensive JIRA licenses while providing better performance and user experience. Their teams struggled with complex workflows, lack of real-time collaboration, inefficient time tracking, and limited customization options. The existing tools couldn't handle their multi-organization structure and enterprise-level security requirements.

Our Solution

We built a scalable SaaS platform using Node.js/Express backend with PostgreSQL for reliable data management. The React frontend provides a responsive, intuitive interface with real-time updates via Socket.io. We implemented multi-tenant architecture supporting multiple organizations, role-based access control with JWT authentication, and integrated time tracking with automated billing. The platform features customizable Kanban boards, sprint planning tools, and comprehensive analytics dashboards.
